‘Gobble, gobble, gobble’ the kind of interview you’d expect if you shoved a microphone in front of a Turkey just before Thanks Giving. Luckily Kelly Slater is not a Turkey, in no way resembles poultry and is, essentially, one of the greatest sportsmen and women to ever grace this good Earth.
With that in mind he had some interesting things to say about his performance at Bells Beach this past weekend and how the Australian crowd are ‘super nice’ to him. A legend humble to the last.
