Another day of inconsistent surf at Huntington Beach Pier didn’t keep the fans away as they turned up in their masses to watch their full suited hero’s try to get something out of the 2 feet of icy cold water.
Two time defending champ Brett Simpson didn’t have the best of days bowing out in the first heat after some less than great top turns. Bobby Martinez and Jeremy Flores, on the other hand, both looked great despite the poor conditions so keep a watch on them in the next round.
